Meet the Founders

  • Caroline is a dynamic educational leader and instructional designer with a Master of Arts in Education specializing in bilingualism and innovative co-teaching environments. With over 18 years of corporate HR experience and a strong background as a tenured faculty member and Program Coordinator, she is the architect of our pedagogical frameworks. Caroline is an OCELT-certified educator and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), focusing on the intersection of human talent and digital evolution.

  • Ryan is a seasoned HR professional and educator with over 20 years of industry experience. As a Digital Faculty Consultant (DFC) and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, he specializes in helping fellow educators and organizations improve outcomes through best practices in digital learning and change management. Ryan’s deep expertise in HR Data Analytics (Cornell University), Project Management Ready (PMI), and GenAI Foundations ensures that Change Ready Institute's programs meet the highest global professional and technical standards.
